Processing Time

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available for orders placed in the US.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns


We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Personal care and beauty products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards and digital downloads

  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process


To initiate a return:

  2. If approved, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 30 days.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
